Nate Metzker is a singer/songwriter, composer, novelist and educator who lives in Brooklyn. He wrote and recorded all the songs on this website and is the author of the novel,the bigsmall, and an article or two on practicing Zen in New York City.  He’s currently writing his second novel, The Mandrake Hotel, a sequel to the bigsmall.  He also teaches autistic children how to play piano and how to practice Zen.
